Beautiful Cabin in a convenient location to restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. This cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners Pam and Lynn were very helpful and kind to help with any questions or needs we had from the first time I communicated with them and any thing we needed during our stay. I highly recommend the Carriage House.

The Treehouse on the Stream provided a wonderful location to get away from it all! The cabin has it all and more. We drank coffee on the deck, had cocktails by the stream, dinner on the most amazing rock table and evenings on the swings and in the hot tub. Great place to hop over to Sundance for a play on the mountain, as well as great hikes. And convenient access to float the Provo river. The downstairs apartment made it perfect to invite friends at the beginning and family at the end with some time for our family alone in the middle. Everyone commented on how wonderful the cabin and location were. Already thinking about coming back next year and maybe exploring another one of the mountain cabins. if we can tear ourselves away from the Treehouse.

This is our second stay, different cabin! Pamela and Lynn are wonderful, responsive to your needs and very welcoming! Its a cozy cabin, beautiful views and private! If you’re in shape, don’t be intimidated by so many stairs, they’re work out and very easy to walk on, even when its snowing! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We had an absolutely amazing getaway at this property, thank you so much! The cabin was cozy and had ever amenity we needed to settle in and spend a few days away from our homes. The property is beautiful. We loved walking along the stream, sitting by the fire, soaking in the hot tub, cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, and even sledding! Thank you for the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. We hope to make this an annual tradition!

The Carriage House is a beautiful, comfortable, romantic, well appointed, custom craftsmen ship rental just around the corner from the Sundance Resort. Well worth every penny as there is nothing lacking here except perhaps a full kitchen, but they let you know that upfront and that means you don’t have to cook all your meals while on vacation! There is plenty of supplies and kitchen equipment to whip up a snack or quick bite for breakfast and even a BBQ grill on one of the magnificent covered decks. Pamela and Lynn are attentive and available hosts without invading your privacy. I will definitely be back and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family!
