An update on our Eagle Point properties
Currently closed for bookings
Our remaining Eagle Point unit is closed until power is restored for the canyon and safe road access returns.
In late June 2026, the Cottonwood Fire swept through the Eagle Point area, causing extensive damage across the resort and the surrounding community. Most of our condos at Eagle Point were lost.
In July, heavy rain brought flooding and washout damage to State Route 153, the main road into Eagle Point, leading to an indefinite closure of the route. Between the fire damage and the ongoing road conditions, reaching the area safely remains difficult.
Polestar is still standing
Our Polestar unit survived the fire and remains listed on our site. It, too, is currently closed for bookings until power is restored for the canyon and the road is safely passable again.
We’re grateful to the firefighters and first responders who worked to protect this community, and to everyone who has reached out with support during a difficult stretch.
The mountain will heal, and so will we. Eagle Point is part of our story, and we intend to write the next chapter — we will rebuild, and when we do, it’ll be better than ever.
