We live in the desert Southwest where the Summertime temperatures exceed 110. We booked this mountain retreat to get cooler weather. Wow what a change. Temperatures were between 52-75; perfect! We caught a lot of fish, hiked a little and relaxed on our balcony overlooking the pine and quakey trees. Had fun watching a squirrel make long leaps between the trees. Very relaxing and cooling. It was everything we had hoped for. We never had a need to contact our host for anything, but she was very helpful and polite in contacting us with check in and check out reminders. Thank you for a wonderful get a way.

We take a trip to Eagle point every year and it was exactly as we expected! Nice home base for multiple days of snowboarding. We look forward to staying again in the future!
