WR #13 is where you want to stay at Eagle Point Ski Resort. Seasonally all types of play await right outside the door. Bring your toys! Skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, timber sledding, rock climbing, hiking, biking, ATV the Paiute Trail, fish all five lakes, stargaze, rent an off-road E-bike or paddle board a lake,. Or, how about making your friend an enemy at the paint ball course next to the Lodge? Come Play. It's fun.

The designer floors will immediately capture your attention. Created and made by a craftsman here on the mountain showcases the talent of people who live here. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need to make cooking fun while you are here.

The 65" Smart TV allows you to watch your own shows and favorite movies.

We're available by phone and by text throughout the week, and on-site personnel will always be assigned on the weekends.

Located in the Tushar Mountains of Southern Utah, along the historic Paiute Trail, Eagle Point Ski Resort is a true diamond in the rough, with no end to great experiences for every member of the family to unplug and build cherished mountain memories to last a lifetime!

Winter months require four wheel or all wheel drive vehicles. Eagle Point is a ski resort. You'll be enjoying the peace and serenity of the mountains about 20 minutes away from Beaver, Utah. Be sure to fill your gas tank in town before coming up the mountains all-wheel-drive + snow tires and a set of chains, just in case, are highly recommended in winter.

WR #13 is not a pet friendly condo.

Smoking is not permitted in the condo at all. Please smoke in your vehicles or away from the unit.

Groceries and Supplies: Mike’s Food Town, is located at 270 N Main Street in Beaver. Stock up on essentials at Mike’s before you come up the mountain. SUGGESTION: Stop at bigger stores for your specialty items in Cedar City if you’re coming from the south or Spanish Fork if coming from the north or do your major shopping at home. Mike and his family have been the local grocer since 1980.

Adult Beverage: Beaver Spirits, is located at 710 N Main Street in Beaver. Small but nice wine selection and also have great t-shirts for sale.

Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax after exploring the mountains or want to fuel up for your next adventure, our dining options have something for everyone. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can look forward to:

Canyonside Lodge Bar & Grill: Perfect for family meals or gatherings, indulge in a variety of hearty and flavorful dishes. From June 6th to August 31st, Sit-down dining is available on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Sundays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During the day or later into the night, saddle up in our cozy bar, enjoy appetizers and a full drink menu, and find local craft beers, a variety of wines, and hand-crafted cocktails.
Canyonside General Store: If you need a snack, stop by our General Store and find options to keep you going. Grab an energy drink & a protein bar, or a cookie and some ice cream. You can also pick up pantry staples such as bread, milk, cheese, etc. The General Store is open on the weekends, at the same time as the Canyonside Grill On weekdays, our staff are always close by and willing to open up the general store if given a heads up. Simply text 435-438-3700, and a member of our team will respond promptly to let you know their estimated time of arrival (ETA).

Beaver Area: Maria’s Cocina (17 miles away at 1419 E Canyon Rd. - 435-438-5654) is our absolute favorite, must try restaurant. Opens Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Quaint Mexican Restaurant with Maria, herself, cooking in the back. Have to try it.

Our Local Favorites: Beaver Taco, Craigo’s Pizza , the Timberline - for nice dine-in, Mel’s Diner for great burgers and shakes and The Creamery Cheese Factory. And don’t forget Dairy Queen for desert!

Gatherings: Mountain Cabins Utah Condos own a total of six condominiums in Eagle Point Ski Resort. For your larger gatherings of groups or family and friends, consider renting multiple condos to sleep a total of 38 people in a total of 19 beds (including sleeper sofas).

Larger groups are no problem, just let us know and we’ll arrange everything for you. How about that big family reunion waiting to happen, a beautiful destination wedding, corporate retreats/events, church functions, group trail rides, and hikes.
