Sensitively crafted with shared Sundance beliefs, it retains its original 70’s gypsy soul and blends effortlessly with low key contemporary luxe. Wildflower is an airy 3000 square foot plus cabin with three levels, decks on all floors, yoga loft and hot tub.

When you arrive, you’ll immediately feel comfortable and well situated on the mountain. Style, communal spaces, reclaimed materials, original features, and all the modern comforts blend the past and present creating a space that is bright and new.

One of the original Sundance Mountain cabins, Wildflower serenely sits in a special location in harmony among the pines and aspens. Yet, it’s easy to find and a five minute stroll to Sundance Resort, where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, zip lining, and flyfishing. If you get snowed in, you can ski or walk to the resort.

Relax on the main deck while the sunrise brings the mountains to life and then move to the sunset deck for a soak in the hot tub and watch the stars come out over Mount Timpanogos. A wide open floor plan welcomes you into a gorgeous kitchen with new appliances, massive dining table, lounge-worthy living room complete with Steinway baby grand piano, and a huge window offering amazing views.

A covered carport and mud room entrance to the home makes it very convenient to unload luggage, groceries and boots inside and leave ski equipment and sports gear outside.

Wildflower Layout:

 Main level has an open living room, dining room, kitchen, mudroom, laundry, and half bath, and huge deck with outdoor table and grill.
 Upstairs has two king bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and private decks, a yoga loft with two twin beds (no door), kid nooks, and hot tub deck.
 Downstairs is a wide open hangout space with ping pong table, full bathroom, and sleeping area with two queen beds and two twin bunk beds, outdoor covered deck.

You will have this dwelling to yourself along with beautiful decks, grill, private hot tub for 3, covered car port, and driveway with easy access. Accommodates 8. NO PETS ALLOWED. YOU WILL BE FINED.

Parking for 3-4 cars.

Winter conditions November through April. AWD/4WD required.
