The 65″ Smart TV allows you to watch your own shows and favorite movies.
We’re available by phone and by text throughout the week, and on-site personnel will always be assigned on the weekends.

Winter months require four wheel or all wheel drive vehicles. Eagle Point is a ski resort. You’ll be enjoying the peace and serenity of the mountains about 20 minutes away from Beaver, Utah. Be sure to fill your gas tank in town before coming up the mountains all-wheel-drive + snow tires and a set of chains, just in case, are highly recommended in winter.
WR #13 is not a pet friendly condo.
Smoking is not permitted in the condo at all. Please smoke in your vehicles or away from the unit.
