Everyone loves this little cottage; from its rustic charm to the unique bunk room, you’ll want to return again and again. A vast meadow host to pollinators, wildlife, birds, and flowers awaits you at the end of a private and heavily wooded road. A wonderful little place for family and friends to gather just a five minute drive from Sundance Resort where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing.
The cottage is unique! A small but well stocked kitchen, quaint little bathroom with shower, living room with two couches and two chairs for watching the fire in the wood burning stove. Through a doorway is another large family room with a cabinet filled with plenty of books and games and direct access to the deck overlooking the stream and the hot tub.
Room details and layout
• The downstairs family room has a twin size day bed.
• There is one bathroom at the Cottage and is is located on the main floor.
• Upstairs is completely dedicated to sleeping, with one queen sleep area, a bunk area with six twin beds, and a bedroom with a king bed, rocking chair, and crib if needed. (NOTE – these areas are not separated with doors).
You will have this dwelling to yourself along with ample outdoor space to roam.
